I am Paul Franks, and for over 25 years I have lived the MSP life. I have built two successful MSPs from the ground up and operated a software company created specifically for MSPs to strengthen their clients’ backup and disaster recovery documentation.

With a career spanning more than two decades in the MSP world, I understand the highs, lows, and challenges that come with running a technology business.
I built, scaled, and sold multiple MSPs including ThinkGard, a nationally recognized firm focused on disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Along the way, I also launched a software company created to help MSPs document and deliver better backup and recovery services for their clients.
